DDr. Krisztina Rozgonyi is a Senior Scientist at the Center for Innovation Systems & Policy at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on information and communication policy, the governance of digital platforms, ethical issues related to artificial intelligence, and the role of the rule of law in transformation processes. As an international expert, she advises organizations, governments, and regulatory authorities on media and technology policy. She is also a Senior Fellow at the CMC of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) and at the University of Vienna.

The Hungarian case illustrates that the integrity of the information environment has become a central precondition for genuinely free and fair elections.
